The Humane Society of Cottage Grove is a non-profit organization comprised of dedicated volunteers who seek to improve the lives of animals in our area, and to educate the community regarding animal welfare issues. Although, we have no local shelter we offer a variety of services to our community.

| In 2008 We Financially assisted with the spay/neuter of over 700 cats and dogs. Fostered over 300 cats and dogs. Operated the all volunteer This 'n' That Shop 6 days a week, 52 weeks a year. Logged over 9,000 miles and expended almost $28,000 on animal-related services/fees. Transported over 300 cats and 24 dogs (stray and owned) to appropriate agencies.
